Bookings are confirmed upon written agreement and, where applicable, receipt of deposit. Full payment terms will be shared with your itinerary.

Cancellation terms depend on tour length and third-party reservations. We communicate specific policies with each proposal; non-refundable partner fees may apply.

Travelers are responsible for valid travel documents. We operate with licensed passenger transport and appropriate insurance; liability is limited to statutory requirements.
